All products are shipped out from one of the authorized MST Motorsports shipping locations. MST Motorsports drop ships some products while some products ship direct from our main facility.

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.  All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify MST Motorsports within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied claim to our guarantees and a refund.

If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:

  • IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US
  • Keep the product with its original packaging and box
  • Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
  • MST Motorsports will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed.  DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from MST Motorsports.

Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.

The shipping rates shown at time of checkout on our site are based on a weight guesstimate and then formulated via a UPS shipping program.  The rates do not take into account dimensions.  If your shipment weight is higher than the online cart can process, please contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.

An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier can not be cancelled, these are classified as returns.  Unfortunately once it has shipped restocking fees will apply if they are applicable.  Special order items, custom built items will not be able to be returned.  For this reason it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form. 

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 30% restocking fee. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit.  To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging.  If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return.  Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by MST Motorsports. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the MST Motorsports warehouse are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package.  If the package is returned to MST Motorsports or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 30% restocking fee if you choose to not have the item reshipped. These fees will be charged to your account on file or will be invoiced to you. 

Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle.  These items generally require a deposit or paid in full.  Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable.  These special order items cannot be returned or resold.  Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts. 

MST Motorsports DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.  If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return.  We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.

In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by MST Motorsports, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement.  We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.

Store Credit Memos

Credit Memo is good for 12 months from the date of issue to use as store credit.  Refunds will be handled by the manor originally paid if applicable otherwise a check will be mailed.  Credit memo can not be converted from terms assigned, ie credit card payment to cash etc.  All cash payments will be refunded via check.

***Return or Warranty Requests for Damaged and/or Defective Product***
If you are requesting a Return or Warranty for a product that has been damaged or is defective you will need to provide pictures of the damaged or defective item prior to any Return or Warranty being processed. Please  email the pictures to INFO@MSTMOTORSPORTS.COM and the appropriate Department will review your email. 

Customer's Requesting Replacements or Exchanges
If you are requesting a replacement for product that is being returned you will be charged for the new product at the current sale price as well as the new freight out at the time the request for replacement has been made. Once the product being returned has been received back in the warehouse and has been inspected to insure the product is defective you will then be issued the appropriate credit per our Return Policies below.

Customer's Requesting Credit
If you are requesting a credit for product that is being returned you will not receive your credit until the product being returned has been received back in the warehouse and has been inspected to insure the product is defective you will then be issued the appropriate credit per our Return Policies below.

Warranty Policy
All products we provide for sale are covered by that Manufacturers Warranty Policy. If you have a warranty problem, please contact the manufacturer directly MST Motorsports does not handle warranty claims,

Open boxes, damaged shipment, mis-boxed, mislabeled, damaged parts, defective product, mis-shipped products are ONLY eligible for exchange of product. There will be no credit issued for any of the above items, replacement of product only.

Examples of Typical Return Scenarios and How It Would Work

Customer Ordered Wrong or Does Not Want Product
The Customer is responsible for the return freight back to the warehouse that will be sent to you when the return is processed. The Customer will be deducted a 30% Restocking Fee*. If the Customer paid freight on the initial order that will not be credited. If you purchased the item you are returning under a Free Shipping Promotion the actual freight incurred by our warehouse to ship the product will be deducted from the credit. Depending on the warehouse the product is being returned to, the warehouse may automatically issue a call tag to have the product picked up to be returned which the cost for the call tag will be deducted from the credit issued.

Potential Shipping Issues:

  • Some States have specific regulations concerning aftermarket performance products.  Due to this, orders placed to those States may not be shipped out.  You will be contacted by MST Motorsports if this is the case.
  • Unfortunately we live in the era of people stealing packages off of doorsteps. MST Motorsports is not responsible for lost or stolen items when they are shown as "delivered" by the freight carrier.  If you live in an area that is not "safe" to leave a package on a doorstep, please utilize the FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice System which are free services by both companies, allowing you to manage your delivery times, and see exactly where your package is at.
  • Once an order is placed, MST Motorsports is unable to make changes to a Delivery Address.  If you are needing a delivery address changed on an order that has been placed, there will be up to a $30.00 Re-Direct fee assessed by FedEx or UPS.
