Sixth-gen Bronco specialists in Washington UT — Sasquatch service, IWE hub diagnosis, EcoBoost maintenance, desert suspension setup, post-lift alignment and cooling.
MST Motorsports services sixth-gen Ford Broncos at 987 S 1900 East in Washington, Utah — minutes from Sand Hollow and convenient to St George, Hurricane, Santa Clara, Ivins, La Verkin, Leeds, and Virgin. We are family-owned and have been in business since 2004.
We are an independent shop, not a Ford dealer and not Ford-affiliated. What we bring to a Bronco is ASE-certified technicians including ASE Master certification, Hunter Hawkeye Elite alignment and Road Force balancing, in-house shock rebuilds, photo-documented digital inspections, and a shop that works on modified 4x4s every day rather than treating them as an exception.
The Bronco earns its place in Southern Utah, and so do the trucks, Jeeps, and off-road SUVs parked next to it in our lot. Off-road capability is not one brand — see our off-road and 4x4 services hub for how we approach 4x4s of every kind.
Most maintenance is done same-day or next-day. Bigger jobs are measured in days, not weeks, with a timeline up front.
Sasquatch brings 35-inch tires on 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels, Bilstein position-sensitive dampers, front and rear locking differentials, high-clearance suspension, wide fender flares, and 4.7 final drive gearing. It is a genuinely capable package out of the box, and it has service needs that a base Bronco does not.
We service the dampers and replace them when they are done, verify locker engagement and repair the actuation when it is not behaving, handle differential and transfer case fluid service on the interval, and mount, balance, and rotate 35s with Road Force balancing so highway manners stay civil. Alignment gets checked any time tires or ride height change.
The Integrated Wheel End system uses engine vacuum to lock and unlock the front hubs. When it fails, owners usually describe a grinding, clicking, or crunching noise from the front end — often under light throttle, or right as four-wheel drive engages or disengages.
The failure can live in the vacuum supply, the solenoid, the check valve, the lines themselves, or in the hub actuators. Diagnosing which one it is takes actually testing the system rather than replacing parts in sequence. We test the vacuum side and inspect the mechanical side, show you what we found in the digital inspection, and repair the component that failed.
Turbocharged engines run hot and are unforgiving about tired oil. In Southern Utah, where a Bronco can go from I-15 cruising to full-load crawling in 100-degree heat in the same afternoon, staying current on maintenance is the cheapest reliability you can buy.
We handle oil and filter service with the correct specification oil, spark plugs, engine and cabin air filters, coolant service, intercooler and charge-air plumbing inspection, and turbo system and drivability diagnostics. Every visit includes a digital inspection with photos, and auto repair and maintenance carries our 36-month / 36,000-mile workmanship warranty on parts and labor.
Desert use asks two different things of a suspension: composure over washboard and whoops at speed, and control over ledges and steps at crawl pace. Getting both takes attention to spring rate, shock valving, and travel — not just ride height.
We install and set up lift and leveling kits, upper control arms, springs, and shocks for the two-door, four-door, and Bronco Raptor, and we rebuild shocks in house — Fox, King, Elka, and Walker Evans — rather than sending them out. Tire size, gearing implications, and how you actually use the Bronco drive the recommendation. More on packages and options on our lift kits and suspension page.
The Bronco's independent front suspension means camber, caster, and toe all move the moment ride height changes. Left uncorrected you get bump steer, vague steering on center, and inner-edge tire wear that ruins an expensive set of 35s or 37s well before its time.
We align Broncos on Hunter Hawkeye Elite equipment, set the specification for the actual ride height and tire size rather than the factory sheet, and Road Force balance the tires. Any lift, leveling kit, or tire size change should end with this step. Details on our alignment service page.
Low-speed trail work in summer heat gives a turbocharged engine maximum load with minimum airflow. That is the condition that finds a marginal cooling system, and it tends to find it a long way from pavement.
We service and repair radiators, cooling fans, thermostats, water pumps, hoses, and coolant, and we inspect the charge-air cooling side at the same time. Tell us if you tow or run a heavy build and we will evaluate with that in mind.
We are open Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm with shuttle service, after-hours drop-off and pickup, two-way texting, and online booking 24/7. Financing is available through Acima, Affirm, Klarna, and Sunbit. Call (435) 256-8899 or book your Bronco service.
IWE stands for Integrated Wheel End — the vacuum-actuated hub system Ford uses to engage and disengage the front wheels. When the vacuum lines, solenoid, check valve, or the hub actuators themselves fail, you get a grinding or clicking noise from the front end, especially under light throttle or when 4WD engages and disengages. We diagnose the vacuum side and the mechanical side rather than guessing, and repair or replace the failed components.
Yes. Sasquatch Broncos come with 35-inch tires, Bilstein position-sensitive dampers, front and rear locking differentials, higher-clearance suspension, and 4.7 final drive gearing. We service all of it — shock condition and replacement, locker function, differential and transfer case fluids, wheel and tire service with Road Force balancing, and alignment on Hunter Hawkeye Elite equipment. If you have added a lift on top of Sasquatch, we handle the geometry correction that goes with it.
Turbocharged EcoBoost engines are sensitive to oil condition and heat, and desert driving is hard on both. We handle oil and filter service on the interval the platform calls for using the correct specification oil, spark plugs, air and cabin filters, coolant service, intercooler and charge-air plumbing inspection, and turbo system diagnostics. Short trail runs at high load in summer heat justify staying at the shorter end of the service interval rather than the longer.
Yes. The sixth-gen Bronco uses an independent front suspension, so lifting it changes camber, caster, and toe immediately — not just caster like a solid-axle vehicle. Skipping alignment after a lift produces bump steer, vague on-center feel, and fast inner-edge tire wear. We align on Hunter Hawkeye Elite equipment and Road Force balance the tires, which matters more as tire size and weight go up.
No. We are an independent, family-owned shop, in business since 2004, and we are not affiliated with Ford. We service Broncos expertly as an independent alternative — ASE-certified technicians including ASE Master certification, Hunter Hawkeye Elite alignment, Road Force balancing, in-house shock rebuilds, and photo-documented digital inspections. Auto repair and maintenance is backed by our 36-month / 36,000-mile workmanship warranty on parts and labor.
Yes. Southern Utah terrain asks for a suspension that handles washboard and whoops at speed without falling apart on slickrock ledges at crawl pace. We install and set up lift and leveling kits, upper control arms, springs, and shocks, and we rebuild shocks in house — Fox, King, Elka, and Walker Evans — rather than shipping them out. Ride height, tire size, and how you actually use the Bronco all drive the setup.
It deserves attention. Turbocharged engines make a lot of heat, and low-speed trail work means very little airflow through the radiator and intercooler right when the engine is working hardest. We service and repair radiators, cooling fans, thermostats, water pumps, hoses, and coolant, and inspect the charge-air cooling side while we are in there.
