After-Hours Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Can't make it during business hours? No problem. Drop your vehicle off any time and our team will be ready to roll first thing in the morning.
How After-Hours Drop-Off Works
Two secure boxes sit at the front of the shop. The drop box takes your keys and concern in an envelope when you leave. The pickup box gives them back to you after hours with a personalized PIN once your work is done. Text us the details before you drop.
Once You're at the Shop
- Park in any open spot in front of the shop.
- Grab a Key Drop Envelope from the box at our front entrance.
- Write your name and vehicle on the envelope.
- Place your keys inside the envelope and seal it.
- Drop the sealed envelope through the marked Drop Box slot.
That's it.
We'll inspect your vehicle first thing in the morning and reach out by phone, text, or email with a digital health inspection. From there, your service advisor will walk you through the next steps before any work begins.

After-Hours Pick-Up
Need to grab your vehicle after we close? Once your invoice is paid — in person or over the phone — MST issues a personalized PIN for the secure pickup box. Enter your PIN, retrieve your keys, and drive off on your schedule.
It is a separate box from the drop box: keys go in one, and come back out the other. No waiting for the shop to open, and no key left sitting with someone else.
What to Have Ready
- Your full name and best phone number
- Year / make / model of the vehicle
- A clear description of the issue or service requested
- Note any aftermarket parts, lifts, or modifications
- Authorization for inspection and diagnosis
