Bronco Lift Kits, Tires & Sasquatch Setups
We install and service Bronco lift kits and leveling kits for the 2-door, 4-door and Bronco Raptor, with the alignment correction and shock setup a lift requires. Caster, control-arm geometry, driveline angles and shock valving all change when the vehicle comes up, and each is measured and set as part of the installation.
On Sasquatch package Broncos, we service the factory setup — 35-inch tires, position-sensitive Bilstein shocks, 4.7 axle ratio, electronic locking front and rear — and handle upgrades beyond it. Those include 37-inch tires, upper control arms to correct geometry at height, and re-rated springs to carry the weight of bumpers, winches, roof racks and drawer systems.
Tire fitment is part of the conversation: 35-inch tires fit cleanly on Sasquatch and most 2-inch lifts, while 37-inch tires typically require a taller lift, upper control arms, trimming considerations and re-gearing. Every tire size change gets a fresh Hunter Hawkeye alignment, and we go over speedometer correction and gearing so the Bronco drives correctly on slickrock and on I-15.
Steering & Alignment Correction
We perform alignment diagnostics, correction, and service for Broncos, verifying caster, camber and toe after any suspension modification and correcting steering geometry for the actual ride height and tire size. IWE Hub Diagnosis & Repair
Grinding, clicking or crunching from a Bronco's front end is commonly the Integrated Wheel End system, which uses engine vacuum to lock and unlock the front hubs. Owners usually notice it under light throttle, or as four-wheel drive engages or disengages.
The fault can sit in the vacuum supply, the solenoid, the check valve, the lines or the hub actuators, so our technicians test the vacuum side and inspect the mechanical side before any part is replaced. The repair then addresses the component that actually failed.
