Bronco Platforms We Service
We service all modern Ford Bronco variants — the 2-door and 4-door Bronco with 2.3L and 2.7L EcoBoost engines, and the Bronco Raptor with the 3.0L EcoBoost. Each has its own suspension architecture, factory shock setup, and common service needs.
The standard Bronco's independent front suspension and solid rear axle respond well to aftermarket upgrades when done correctly. The Bronco Raptor comes with more capable factory suspension but still benefits from terrain-specific tuning and regular service. Suspension Diagnostics, Repair & Service
We regularly see Broncos with lift kits installed without correct alignment correction, resulting in premature tire wear, bump steer, and steering feel that's vague on the highway. We perform complete suspension diagnostics, repair, and setup for Broncos — including lift kit installation, leveling kits, upper control arm upgrades, spring replacement, and ride height correction.
For Bronco owners who want to run desert trails and slickrock, we tune the suspension for terrain-specific performance — choosing spring rates and shock valving that handle high-speed desert washboard while still providing good slow-speed articulation on technical terrain.
Bronco Lift Kits, Tires & Sasquatch Setups
We install and service Bronco lift kits and leveling kits for the 2-door, 4-door, and Bronco Raptor — with the alignment correction and shock setup that most installs skip. A lift is more than a bracket and a spacer: caster, control-arm geometry, driveline angles, and shock valving all shift when the truck comes up, and getting those right is the difference between a build that drives well for years and one that eats tires and tie rods.
On Sasquatch package Broncos, we service the factory setup — 35" tires, position-sensitive Bilstein shocks, 4.7 axle ratio, electronic locking front and rear — and handle upgrades beyond it. That includes stepping up to 37s, adding upper control arms to correct geometry at height, and re-rating springs to carry the accessory weight of bumpers, winches, roof racks, and drawer systems without sagging the front end.
Tire size guidance is a big part of what we do here. 35s fit cleanly on Sasquatch and most 2" lifts; 37s typically require a taller lift, UCAs, trimming considerations, and re-gearing so the drivetrain and transmission behave right. Every tire size change gets a fresh Hunter Hawkeye alignment, and we walk you through the speedometer correction and gearing math so what leaves the shop drives right on both slickrock and I-15.
Steering & Alignment Correction
The Bronco's IFS front end changes geometry when lifted, and the solid rear axle needs proper alignment attention as well. We perform alignment diagnostics, correction, and service for Broncos — verifying caster, camber, and toe after any suspension modification and correcting steering geometry for the actual ride height and tire size.
Steering feel on Broncos can degrade after off-road use or with incorrectly installed lift components. We diagnose the root cause — whether it's worn components, incorrect geometry, or both — and fix it properly so the vehicle handles correctly on-road and off.
Off-Road Setup for Southern Utah Terrain
Southern Utah's combination of extreme heat, fine sand, and rocky terrain creates unique challenges for Bronco reliability. The EcoBoost engines run hot under sustained off-road load, especially in summer conditions. Intercooler efficiency drops, turbo inlet temperatures climb, and the cooling system works near capacity on slow-speed climbs and technical sections.

Fine desert sand also works its way into brake caliper slides, door seals, electronic connectors, and air intake systems.
