- How do I move up a level?
- Automatically. Once your spending with us over the past year passes $2,500 you move to Level 2, and at $7,500 you move to Level 3. You don't have to tell us or apply.
- Do I have to sign up?
- No. You're enrolled the first time you do business with us. There's no card to carry, no app to download, and no fee.
- What kind of messages will I get?
- Appointment reminders, updates while we have your vehicle, and occasional offers. Texts are your choice, and you can stop them any time by replying STOP. See our Terms & Conditions for the details.
- Can I use rewards and a current special on the same visit?
- Rewards can't be combined with other offers. Use whichever saves you more — your advisor will tell you which one that is.
- Is there a limit on what I can use at one visit?
- Yes. You can apply up to $100 of rewards per visit.
- Is there a limit on what I can earn at one visit?
- Yes. You can earn up to $100 in rewards on a single transaction.
- Do my rewards expire?
- They expire after 12 months without a visit. Come see us once a year and they never go anywhere.
