Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about how the shop works, what we service and what to expect. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often. If you don't see what you're looking for, contact us.

Our technicians take the time to test drive your truck, Jeep, UTV, or daily driver before we start work and again after the repair is complete. This matters most when you're experiencing a drivability issue. Feeling the symptom firsthand is the best way for us to diagnose the root cause and confirm the fix before you pick it up.

We don't feel confident handing your vehicle back until we know exactly what's going on with it. Think of our digital vehicle inspection like a doctor's visit — we look it over inside and out. You learn what's safe, what needs attention soon, and what can wait, along with the price before work starts.

Yes. Powersports and automotive work happen in the same building. We service Polaris RZR, Can-Am Maverick/X3, Kawasaki KRX, and most major UTV brands, along with lifted trucks, Jeeps, and Ford Broncos. From Sand Hollow trail prep to daily-driver maintenance, we cover it all under one roof.

Yes — shock rebuilds, re-valving, and tuning are done right here in our Washington, UT shop. We service Fox, King, Elka, Walker Evans, Icon and other major brands. Keeping the work in-house means faster turnaround and a setup tuned specifically for our local desert and rock terrain.

Our Nationwide Automotive Warranty applies to automotive repairs only — specifically jobs performed using OE (Original Equipment) or OE-equivalent replacement parts on cars, trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs. If a covered repair has an issue while you're away from home, you can get warranty work performed at a participating shop anywhere in the country. Important: the warranty does NOT cover upgrades, accessories, aftermarket parts, performance modifications, suspension/lift work, or any powersports / UTV / side-by-side service. Visit our Nationwide Automotive Warranty page or call us for full details.

We strongly recommend booking an appointment so we can plan around your schedule and have the right tech and parts ready for your build. You can book online through our scheduling system or give us a call at (435) 256-8899. Walk-ins are welcome for quick questions, but service work is appointment-based.

Yes — any time you change ride height, install a lift, level kit, or new suspension components, the geometry changes. We perform post-lift alignments and geometry correction (caster, camber, toe) so your vehicle drives straight, wears tires evenly, and avoids issues like death wobble or bump steer.

That's one of our specialties. We tune shocks, clutches, and gearing specifically for Sand Hollow's slick rock, sand, and ledges. Pre-trip inspections, shock rebuilds, gear reduction and clutch tuning for elevation and tire size are all done here, set up for the terrain you actually ride.

We install and service most major off-road and performance brands, including Fox Racing, King Shocks, Elka, Icon, Carli, ReadyLIFT, Rough Country, TeraFlex, Rock Krawler, and Cognito. We also carry Baja Designs, Rigid, Method, Fuel, BFGoodrich, Nitto, Toyo, MBRP, Borla, Warn, SuperATV, PRP, and more. If you've got a specific part in mind, just ask — odds are we can source it or already stock it.

Timing depends on the job and the schedule board. Routine maintenance, alignments, and oil services are shorter tickets than full suspension installs, shock rebuilds, gear reductions, or diagnostics-heavy repairs. We give you a timeline up front and keep you updated along the way.

Yes. We know suspension builds, shock rebuilds, and major repairs can add up. Ask a service advisor about financing when you book or check in. They will walk you through the options available for the work.
