Full root-cause diagnostics — especially on intermittent misfires, electrical gremlins, or drivability issues — can take 1–3 hours depending on complexity. We quote the diagnostic time up front, and every diagnostic ends with a written report of what we found.
Yes — Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax are core platforms for us. Diesel diagnostics includes glow plug system testing, turbo boost analysis, fuel injection pressure and balance testing, DEF/SCR system diagnosis, and DPF regeneration issues. Diesels need diesel-specific scan tools and diesel-specific technicians — generic OBD readers don't touch what matters.
Rough running is usually misfires (bad coil, plug, or injector), a vacuum leak, a dirty throttle body, a clogged fuel filter, a failing MAF sensor, or internal engine wear.
