Not always. If rotors meet minimum thickness spec and show no significant scoring, warping, or heat damage, they can be resurfaced and reused. But if they're near minimum thickness, deeply grooved, or heat-discolored, replacement is required for safe, quiet braking. We measure — we don't guess.
