RZR maintenance done right — so your machine performs when it matters.
Polaris RZR platforms — from the XP to the Pro R — require consistent maintenance to handle Sand Hollow, desert riding, and Southern Utah terrain. We know these machines, we service them daily, and we build your intervals around how you actually ride.
First service is critical. Oil & filter change, inspect all hardware for loosening (a real problem on new machines), check all fluid levels, and torque-check driveline fasteners.
Air filter service — Southern Utah dust demands attention. CVT filter check, quick clutch cover inspection, and hardware re-torque check.
Full oil & filter change, front and rear differential fluid, brake fluid check, belt inspection, and clutch inspection. Grease all zerks.
Spark plugs, full drivetrain inspection, coolant condition check, brake fluid flush, and annual major service. Comprehensive photo-documented report sent to your phone.
Pro R and Turbo R turbochargers depend on clean oil feed and free return. We inspect lines for weeping, chafing, and heat damage at every service.
Front-mount intercooler collects dust, mud, and rocks. We clean and inspect fins for damage that reduces cooling and drops boost efficiency.
Charge pipes, clamps, and couplers checked for boost leaks — a leak here kills power and confuses the ECU. Smoke test performed when leak is suspected.
Wastegate function, boost pressure verification, and blow-off valve operation — done at annual service to catch problems before your first summer ride.
Primary and secondary clutch — check sheave condition, spider bushings, and rollers. Grease if applicable to your model.
Inspect for cracks, glazing, and cord exposure. If it looks marginal, replace before your first hard ride of the season.
Fresh air filter for the season. Verify airbox seal integrity — dust past the filter is engine death.
Check condition and level. Contaminated fluid from last season means service now, before you load the machine.
Pad thickness measured, rotors inspected, and DOT 4 brake fluid replaced if last flush is over a year old.
Sidewall damage, tread depth, and pressure. Old, sun-baked tires fail suddenly under load — inspect honestly.

Sand Hollow doesn't wait. Get on the schedule and ride when it counts.
Every 50 engine hours or annually, whichever comes first — that's the interval that keeps your engine healthy in Southern Utah conditions. If you ride hard, ride often, or ride in extreme dust, we shorten that to 25–35 hours. RZR engines are unforgiving of neglected oil, especially the turbocharged Pro R and Turbo R platforms.
Yes. The Pro R and Turbo R share the standard drivetrain and CVT service intervals but add turbo oil feed and return line inspection, intercooler cleaning, charge system integrity checks, and boost system verification at annual service. Turbo engines are less forgiving of contaminated oil and boost leaks — we build the service accordingly.
Yes — primary clutch tuning, weight and spring changes, secondary clutch service, and full clutch rebuilds. Sand Hollow demands correct clutch setup for elevation, tire size, and rider weight. We diagnose engagement issues, backshift problems, and belt wear patterns, then re-tune to match your machine and terrain.
